They do not respond or message you back. I have had a pending message and order since Sunday. They state that it will take 1-2 business days to get to your request. And 2-3 days for messages to be responded to. No response to either and it’s been over this timeframe. Very unhappy with how this has played out. I have already paid the 3 months subscription they ask for and still nothing.

So far it’s been an excellent experience . I engaged in conversation with my Coach , filled out my health questionnaire and in no time at all I was injecting myself . Super excited to see results . Communication is awesome . My Coach texts me and answers my questions in a timely manner .

Wouldn't purchase from this company. the first shipment went pretty smoothly. once your first month was up, they want you to purchase the next 3 months which I did. The prescriber upped my medication dosage and said that I should have the prescription in 7 business days. They had no problem taking the $700 immediately but then it took over 3 weeks to receive. When I finally did receive it, it is the wrong dosage and a different brand than the previous prescription that I had. I have now had a lapse in my prescription and I had to pay the same price for a lower dosage than I was prescribed. Not a happy customer.

Signed up. Approved for Semaglutide. Received my medication and consultation promptly. However it’s now time for a dosage increase and refill. I paid for 3 months ahead but now I have not heard from anyone in over a week and I will be out of medication. There will be a lapse. I keep emailing asking why a provider is not responding and get no answer. I feel like they got my money from pre paying 3 months ahead and ran!!

Program is cool, however, DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS. I PAID THE MONTHS IN ADVANCE PLUS THE MEDICATION. THE FEE WAS $216. NOT RECOMMENDED I rarely write reviews, but my experience with this telehealth company has been so frustrating and disappointing that I feel compelled to warn others. Here's why: 1.) Incoherent Care Team: Their so-called "care team" seems to be a disjointed group of individuals providing automated responses and conflicting information. There's a complete lack of coordination, making it impossible to get clear and consistent advice or help. 2.) Medication Delivery Disaster: My medication delivery was a complete mess. Despite repeatedly clarifying the timeline for shipment, they failed miserably. When the medication finally arrived, it had melted in my mailbox! What's worse, they refused to take responsibility or offer a refund, even though it was clearly their fault. 3.) Care Provider Issues: The initial nurse practitioner who was handling my case suddenly disappeared without any explanation. Then, a doctor took over and prescribed the wrong dosage of medication. This kind of error is not just inconvenient; it's dangerous. 4.) Mysterious Charges and Opaque Promotions: Their billing practices are shady, to say the least. They have these unclear promotions that lead to random charges on my credit card. When questioned, their team seems clueless and unable to justify or explain these charges. Overall, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I strongly advise anyone considering this service to look elsewhere. There are many more reliable and reputable telehealth services available that actually value patient care and accountability. Don't waste your time or risk your health with this company.

Update: I paid upfront for 6 months of medication on top of my membership fee, they are now telling me its only for 3 months. My account even still shows the fee as my semaglutide. After contacting them multiple times they either do not answer or tell me its for 3 months, not 6 months, even though i can still see the options i picked within the app. I'm now being prompted to pay for the next 3 months of medication that i have already paid for, going to have to take it up with my bank. The pharmacy my semaglutide is coming from seems to be an FDA compliant pharmacy, but the companies communication is very scammy. I've been asking their care team for a month now if their semaglutide contains salt or acetate compounds (I've been reading those are unsafe) and they keep saying they'll get back to me but never do. The cost is also extremely misleading when you sign up. They advertise getting semaglutide with no insurance for around $130 a month but thats just the membership fee. In reality the monthly cost comes out to $335. Unless it's covered by insurance, which most do not. Hence needing something like zealthy.

Doctors and staff are very knowledgeable and helpful! They answer all my questions and concerns in timely manner. Everyone is great! Fast on getting refills done
