Administratively, Zealthy started out as a total mess. The communication and delivery processes have improved, but I had to request a video meeting with one of their medical professionals to straighten things out. My rating may improve with time, but, man did we have a rough start.

If you pay in advance they will take your $$$ and ghost you. I paid for 3 months up front. The first month was delivered and after that crickets.... I follow their refill process crickets.... I call to escalate, and the refill is at least queued up (per the message portal) and again nothing. Now trying to get my advanced payment back is like pulling teeth!!

I really love how great the site. Itwalks you through everything, they keep you informed. I’ll definitely keep using it. However I had two 😬 moments. It wasn’t transparent enough that when choosing the prescription I chose, I would have to pay an additional 2 months for service. I think that needs to be in big bold letters. (I think) it’s pretty clear that you’re pushing your own pharmacy fulfillment by doing that. And also, the communication has not been great with care coordinators.

Absolutely takes advantage of people. False advertising. It doesn't tell you anything about a separate fee for the medication and charges you 3 months right away. Then they bring up all the additional things. No refund even though I cancelled at the same time of activation.
