Hey there Megan! I completely understand your concern over these charges and we have looked over your account to ensure that you have been taken care of. We do see that you had signed up for a Weight Loss program with us. This membership is reoccurring once signed up for so it does need to be canceled out to ensure you are not charged monthly. We do see you were able to get a hold of us and this Zealthy Weight Loss membership has been fully canceled out and the charges refunded. If there is anything else we can do please feel free to email us at [email protected] and we can work 1x1 with you.

Thanks for your feedback. Glad to hear the coaching has been helpful. Sorry to hear the provider was taking too long to respond. We've improved our systems and now review weekly to ensure average response times are under 1 day. Hopefully, you've seen things improve since this review.
