Ordered this 5 days ago. They say another 5 to 7 days for it to arrive. They won't refund your money. Don't waste your time with this company!!!! Update, I received the medicine yesterday, and I pulled back all the contents into a syringe because didn't look like enough in the vile, and there's not enough for 4 weeks of injections. I canceled my membership today. I did my first dose yesterday and I'm starting to wonder if it's even real medicine, I've taken this medicine before and I definitely feel like I have been scammed. I'm going to cancel my bank card as well because I read other reviews of them still charging peoples cards. This has been the worst experience ever!

I'm so sorry there was a delay. I see it took 9 days from when we received your information to receive your shipment and we aim for <7 days so we fell short here. If I could rate them 0 I would. They do not tell you anything about fees and charge you when you do not authorize. They have stole almost 400 dollars from me now, after one of their team members said that they have canceled my prescription and that I would not be charged. They are a scam. I have went back and for with them and they try to come up with excuses of stealing peoples hard earned money. Update: after making this they keep reaching out to me and one person says they can give me my money back and then a new person calls and says that there is no way. They do not communicate and just love to steal peoples money. They replied to me saying I would be eligible for a refund, not what your customer service has been saying the past week. Y'all are a joke and steal peoples money. Your customer service reps and leads do not communicate and when you say you’re leaving notes on a customers account you lie. I hope y'all get shut down and sued.

Simple sign up process. When the medication arrives, it's good. But boy when it doesn’t its a big headache! The customer service is a chat box where each time you reach out, its a new person and you have to re-explain your issue. I bought the 3-month supply and still waiting for my medication. Already fell off schedule.

I went in and tried to weigh my options. I found out I don't qualify but this company only wants money. When I asked for a refund. They do not refund! DO NOT LET THEM TAKE ADVANTAGE. GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT FOR YOU! THEY ARE ABOUT THE MONEY!
