Seems more like a scam than a legit business. Constant bombardment of suggesting to buy their products vs. insurance covered items. They’ll even tell you that insurance didn’t approve items on Sundays and federal holidays which we all know is a lie. Waste of money to pay them a fee to just lie.

During sign up process I was pitched by them discounts if you signed up for 3 months. Since this was pricy I couldn’t say no to the prospect of saving money on it. So I joined and got 50 mg supply of Tirzepatide which I found to be a small amount for 3 months with your dose increasing every month till you get to the full dose or as much as you could tolerate without side effects. First month 2.5 mg x4= 10mg Second month 5 mg x4 = 20mg. Third month 7.5mg x4= 30 mg which means 10+20+30= 60 mg. When I brought it to their attention they said if I wanted to increase my dose on the third month as was recommended then I need to pay for a refill. I have an issue because I paid for 3 months of medicine not 2 months and 2 weeks. They apologized and told me they send the same amount to everyone. They wouldn’t refund me or send me the missing prescription. I asked if they would refund my membership one month to offset the cost and they refused. This is a company that basically sends the same amount of medicine to everyone not even waiting for you to consult with the physician to see if your progress or lack thereof warrants you more. Beware of Kelsey especially she’s one with no empathy and should really consider working with plants vs people.

They are all very fast to respond and also they keep up with you and your progress very well.

Good product

I signed for membership to receive a medicine for 3 months. They took almost a month to send me the medication. As soon as received the 1st medication i contacted them asking to cancel the next 2 months because i will travel and i couldnt bring the medicine with me as refrigeration was required. They answered me with a lot of non sense snd finally when they understood they sent right away all the medicine. I dispute the charge on my bank wich refund me but getzealthy called me and request to take out my dispute and they will refund me proportional to the 3rd month. I did. Finally, they never refund me, i couldnt use the 3rd medicine.

I signed up so I could get more information on what the plan offered. After getting the details via text, I was told to contact support to obtain a refund. I was then informed of their policy. Scammers! I was not provided the policy before they took money from my account. I didn't speak to a doctor, sign up for the program, or received a prescription. They just took my money and said, yeah... here's our policy. DON'T USE OR TRUST THIS COMPANY! As an update on May 28th, 2024 this company did not send me an email or any way to still resolve the problem. This company sign up process is situated to hide the details of what you're paying BEFORE any product or services takes place. This is why I filed with the Attorney General. If this happened to you, file with the attorney general folks. Complaints surrounding this kind of issue are noticed and listened to.

Super easy process and easy communication with providers and coaches. I really like that they send three months at a time and the refill process was seamless. Got my next set of meds before I ran out.
