I paid for the membership thinking I didn't need a doctor approval, asked for refund and keep getting directed to cancel under Membership tab which does not have a cancel/refund option. Cannot erase my CC# and they just charged me another membership fee of $135. When I ask to cancel the web chat girl *Simone* keeps referring me back to membership tab-never ending cycle! I emailed but no response, there is NO phone number to chat with a live person. Was I scammed? My only recourse is call my bank to assure this doesn't keep happening, save yourself the frustration and steer away from this company!

Hey there Valerie! We are so sorry to hear that you were charged for a membership that you no longer planned on using. We do see you were able to get a hold of us and we have fully canceled the membership and refunded the $135 charge. You should see the refund back on your card within 5-7 business. We can remove your card on file once the refund is received. Once you receive your refund please feel free to reply to the email we have just sent you or you can call us at (877)870-0323. I didn’t feel taken advantage of like other tele-health providers or companies I felt that zealthy really understood and I felt heard what my concerns are, and I also believe that the healthcare providers genuinely wanted to provide the best care for me.

This is a scam company beware. They with take you credit card before giving you service. If you get denied for the meds they with keep the money. I’m out $49.

There was a lot of confusion over the medication because I don't have insurance. There was also not a lot of clarity regarding the discounts for the first month. It's important to review the fine print. However, I have found the staff to be very responsive to my questions.
