It was a little difficult to get the provider to join the appointment. Took me 3 tries to finally talk to the dr. But the Video quality was great and she answered all my questions.

Customer service is horrible. It’s as though they don’t communicate with each other or read charts or chats. It’s very frustrating and borderline annoying how they communicate. They say one thing and don’t document it and then you get a new person messaging you contradicting what the last person told you. You really have to manage things yourself and just call, because their constant messaging is terrible. The provider was excellent and the most efficient person I dealt with. Everything was delayed and slow and they still are charging you while you’re waiting on them! It’s very annoying.
