We have reviewed your account and do see that we are working 1x1 with the pharmacy as it looks like you reached out today to have the 2 additional orders canceled. As soon as we hear back from the pharmacy regarding the cancelation request we will reach out to you directly, so you know exactly what is going on with your order. Hello Pete! We completely understand wanting to receive a refund on a membership that you no longer plan on using. Reviewing your account we do see that you have requested from the start to cancel the service and have not finished verifying your account. Because of this, we are happy to refund back the $49. You will see the $49 back on the same card charged within the next 5 - 7 business days. We also made sure your account is fully canceled out so there will be no future charges.
