Medication Works, but is Zealthy Trustworthy?
I really wanted to trust this company. I purchased a 3-month prescription. I was supposed to get my 2nd month medication 30 days after my 1st medication was shipped to my house. After 40+ days, my 2nd medication was never shipped. I continuously reached out to them, but they just kept directing me elsewhere. Most of the care team people seemed lost or they didn't read my medication/prescription orders. It's very frustrating and I feel like I was scammed in some ways. My 1st month medication definitely worked and I saw great improvements in weight loss. But it's expensive and I still have 2 months worth of prescription that needs to be shipped to me, and with the lack of communication, confusion, and not receiving my 2nd medication is just very frustrating. My weight loss coach, Alyssa, was so wonderful and helpful though! The reason why I didn't give a one star.
