Hey Jenny! We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that you have encountered. Upon checking, you were on government insurance. Please note that our program cannot cater to patients who are on Medicare/Medicaid/Tricare since we are not licensed to provide care with government insurance. Rest assured as soon as we got the information that you are on Tricare, we refunded you your initial payment of $49 and canceled your account immediately. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns.

Hey Lillian! We completely understand wanting to get a refund on an order you are no longer wanting. We reached out to the pharmacy today and we have made sure the order is fully canceled out for you. You will be seeing $670 back on your card within 5-7 business days.
