Hey Mostafa! We are so sorry to hear that we were not able to help you get the medication you wanted. We reviewed your account and do see we were working on a Prior Authorization but did not get a full response back from your insurance. We apologize it took so long to get this Prior Authorization taken care of for you. We do see that you canceled the service so there will be no future charges. We do see the refund was issued and depending on your financial institution the refund can take 5-7 business days to post back.
