Horribly misleading and expensive. Either there's no real people working for this company and they only do auto responses when you send a message or they're incompetent. I used their service once before and had the same experience but gave them a try a 2nd time hoping for better and it was the exact same way. They submitted the prior auth to my insurance but wouldnt complete the paperwork the insurance needed to proceed for the Rx. (My insurance company called me multiple times about it) i ended up buying the medication outright which is what they want you to do anyway. I canceled my membership after my meds got delivered and won't use this company again.

Hey Jessica! Thank you so much for reaching back out to us in regards to your account. We do see completed the paperwork and were given the wrong fax number. When we received the correct fax number we did send the new information over. However. when the account was scheduled for cancelation, we canceled the PA as well. If you would like your PA started again, we do have your information on file and we can continue the PA process with your insurance.
