Bait and switch with out telling you. It's says at check out $603 will be billed for 3 month membership and 3 month supply of semaglutide. I checked the status on app and in CC they both have additional charge of $300 for no reason. Also says an automatic renewal in 30 days of membership due. I paid for 3 month's. Used them before for a year and they were perfect now just a scam
Response from ZealthyJan 6, 2026
Hi Anthony, we’re truly sorry to hear about the unexpected charges and confusion with your recent order. We understand how frustrating it is to see additional billing when you expected everything to be covered with your 3-month supply and membership. Please feel free to email [email protected] with the Subject Line "TrustPilot-Jojie". I respond to all emails within 1-2 business days. I look forward to your email and working 1x1 with you to review your account and resolve this. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

I have been over charged for the membership fee and was overcharged on Dec 2nd and I have left 5 messages for this overcharge in the messages with the same response, it has been escalted. I also have called to get it reversed with the same message, it will happen soon. I am about to call back and stay on the phone until it is resolved.
Response from ZealthyJan 6, 2026
