So, I can’t really give a true rating on experience just yet, but Zealthy keeps emailing me for a review so here it is. I’ve only been on the meds for 3 weeks and haven’t seen any weight loss and I haven’t experienced any side effects. I’m on terzepatide 2.5/week. I gave it 2 stars for now because it was extremely stupid expensive and I regret choosing Zealthy to start this journey after finding out about entirely cheaper options, but it was a very easy process to receive the medication and dosage plan and to get started. Of course I will update after I finish my first 3 months.

Hello Emily! Thank you for taking the time to let us know how your Zealthy experience is going so far. We are saddened to hear that the prescription you currently have is more than you expected to pay. We do our very best to provide you with the lowest cost but also only work with partner pharmacies that use FDA-registered suppliers to ensure prescriptions are properly developed, processed, shipped, and delivered. If you are not seeing the results you want so far, we do suggest reaching out to your weight loss coach as they are going to have great eating, exercise or other tips that can help you reach your goal. You can also reach out to your Provider to see if they have any suggestions. If there is anything else we can do to help please feel free to email [email protected] with the Subject Line "TrustPilot" or call us at (877)870-0323. Any of our Zealthy Coordinators would love to help!

I love ZEALTHY! Not only did they get my prescription approved by insurance but the timely manner of which things are filled and questions are answered is truly wonderful. The staff are polite and knowledgeable and they are there for your health and well being. They are reasonably priced and I highly recommend all to join!

We thank you so much for your kind, helpful feedback. We truly appreciate it and can not wait to work 1x1 with you further

They charge you for the membership before they tell you the meds aren't included. Then after they trick you out of that money they won't refund it even though it is only an hour into the membership. Don't trust them. If they are willing to deceive you to get 180 dollars I would not trust the meds they send.
Response from ZealthySep 6, 2024
Hello Tina! We are so sorry for any confusion regarding how our program works. You do pay a monthly weight loss membership fee to be able to have access to a Provider, and Weight Loss coach. As well as having us work with the pharmacy and if requested your insurance directly. If your insurance does not cover your prescription then we can prescribe non-GLP medication, which comes free with your membership or GLP medication that comes at a separate fee. We do not see a charge for $180 on your account. If you are seeing one on your bank statement, then please reach out. Since you are not using the service going forward we have refunded the $49 initial charge and you will see $49 back on your card within the next 5-7 business days. If you need any further help please feel free to respond to the email we have just sent you.

Charged me 49$ I immediately contacted them trying to get a refund. I didn't even complete the initial assessment so they've been non stop emailing me and texting me. I replied to every email sent telling me that I needed to complete the assessment saying I wanted a refund. Because I haven't completed the assessment I can't even log in to cancel and further recurring payments because it won't let me see anything but the stupid assessment. When support finally responded to me a day later they told me they couldn't refund me because some had already reviewed my account. The review only happened 30 minutes before they finally responded to my request for a refund.

Hello Terryn! We are saddened to read that you have not had the best experience using our services. We understand wanting a refund if you are not going forward with our program. We would like to review your account and see if we are able to offer you a refund on this $49 fee. If you can please email [email protected] with the email address on your account and your date of birth. Also, please make the subject line "Trustpilot" so our team gets your email. We look forward to working with you further.
