I love Zealthy!! I have always gotten my medication in a timely fashion and any questions I has they always answered them and made sure I was aware of any changes or delay. They have made my weight loss journey very smooth

Zealthy was great and then it wasn't. For the first few weeks I got my prescription covered by my insurance the same day as I submitted the request to my provider and then a few weeks before I needed to review they keep giving me the run around and saying I have to pay for 3 more months. Every time I call they say they will contact the pharmacy with the insurance approval but they never have. My insurance approved and they won't submit it to the pharmacy although they have made repeated promises to do so. I would have stuck with them but I am glad that I found out now before signing up for the next few months.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Yes, they will you the medication quickly (at first) but they don’t require a conversation with a real doctor of any kind. This might seem appealing but the instructions typed for my medication was WRONG so I injected incorrect doses for 7 weeks before I realized why I wasn’t getting any results. They refused to admit fault and acted like nothing happened. I was able to do my own research to figure out how to use my remaining medication. Next, I was charged a monthly fee twice despite having prepaid for the membership. Okay- the refund was quick for that but I shouldn’t have had to do it at all. Next, I tried to submit for a refill. Over and over again. I would get texts and messages to resubmit. I would call and they would tell me someone would call me back. No one ever did. 2 weeks went by and suddenly I was charged again for another monthly fee. Another week of calling and messaging daily to get this refunded since NO ONE was helping me in any capacity. Eventually they stopped even sending me the auto generated texts. I know, I waited too long to cancel, officially.

I’ve had great results so far! I am down 28 pounds in 2 months. The coaches are great and respond very quickly. The whole process to get started and receive the medication has been very smooth and easy.

Easy to administer & manage!

Extremely pissed off about the price I was charged. I was only supposed to be charged 49$ for the first month and then 215$ for my 3 month supply. Got charged 800$ and now I can’t get a response back to get a refund.

Quick responses and easy platform to navigate. The app made all parts of this experience very convenient.
