I paid provider promised I would get a prescription by the day I needed it , it did not happen and company refused to refund my $39 for the provider that lied to me , they replied after this with a bad email address and nothing has changed. Just issue a refund for the service you did not provide , but charged me for and I will be happy ! I have contacted you through the app obviously you do not want to issue a refund , just acting like you care because you have a well deserved bad review and are still doing everything to avoid refunding me for a service you never provided . I will Just do it the old fashioned way and file a dispute with my CC since you are accepting no responsibility for your k lol ack of service and dishonesty. You provide me bad email !! You really don’t want to help !
