Zealthy is being sued by the Federal Government for their deceptive business practices. Please reference to the justice. gov website or a simple Google search since trust pilot will not allow me to post links. They stole $275 from me (never sent my medication). After going back and forth with their customer service and the issue being unresolved, I reported them as fraud to my credit card company and disputed the charges. I cancelled two weeks ago and they still keep trying to charge me $135 “monthly fee” without an authorization. I told them my account is cancelled and to please take my credit card off their portal and they claimed they cannot do that. It is completely illegal, they are holding on to my credit card info even though my account has been cancelled. Please do your research before signing up. Read the reviews on here, BBB, Reddit, etc etc.

I had an extremely terrible experience with Zealthy, the provider, and the app. First off, I paid $149 for oral semaglutide and I did not loose one pound in 30 days. I was starting to question if it was even real oral semaglutide. At the time I signed up they promoted a 30-day money back guarantee if you don’t loose any weight in 30 days. I actually gained a pound and wrote several messages about how the med was not doing anything. Only AI sent copy and paste responses that were not helpful. I didn’t even get slightly nauseous or any appetite suppression. I asked about the refund of $149 due to no weight loss and they declined to honor this so it’s clearly just a marketing scheme. They have artificial intelligence send generic responses to all your messages and concerns about refills. They then charged me $249 for my next RX but would not send it to me. So I stopped the med cold turkey then and got terrible headaches. I kept being told there is a GLITCH so they couldn’t do my refill. This went on for days so I then got a provider appointment virtually and she tried telling me the GLITCH was my fault. The whole 5 minute appointment accomplished nothing and there was no resolution. Then she swore she would have the director fill my med that day but didn’t. Then for several more days I kept being told they are working on the glitch. I never got my refill and demanded a refund for the $149 and $249. I did get the $249 but they still refusing to honor the money back guarantee so now I’m dealing with this through the Better Business Bureau. (They have an alarming amount of complaints). I am a nurse and I work in fraud and this whole service is sketchy. Plus, ever doctor on the planet knows to call in a prescription if their electronic system is not working. I would never recommend Zealthy and this service needs investigated.

THEY SAID MY INSURANCE WOULD COVER THE PRESCRIPTION BACK IN MAY 2024. I PAID THE MONTHLY FEES THROUGH AUGUST AND KEPT GETTING THE RUN AROUND. THEY KEPT TELLING ME THEY HAD TO SEND PRESCRIPTION TO MY PROVIDER OR PHARMACY. IT IS NOW SEPT AND SUMMER IS OVER, WHEN I WANTED THE WEIGHT TO BE LOST, AND I HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING FROM THEM. THEY KEEP WANTING A NEW CARD MEMBER FOR MY MONTHLY FEE AND I HAVE DONE NOTHING BUT PAY THEM TO GET ABSOLUTELY CIRCLE TALK AND NOTHING IN RETURN. I WANT WHAT THEY PROMISED THE PRESCRIPTION I HAVE WAITED 5 MONTHS FOR. THE SAME PRESCRIPTION THAT MY ZEALTHY HOME PAGE TELLS ME EVERY WEEK TO CLICK ON THIS LINK TO RENEW MY NON-EXISTENT PRESCRIPTION, OR I WANT A FULL REFUND OF EVERY DOLLAR SPENT WITH THEM. I WANT TO KNOW HOW MANY OTHERS HAVE A SIMILIAR STORY TO MINE. I WOULD LIKE TO ORGANIZE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AND PREVENT OTHERS FROM GOING THROUGH 5 MONTHS OF WAITING FOR NOTHING WHEN WE COULD HAVE GONE ELSEWHERE AND BEEN PRESCRIBED MEDICATION WE WERE SEEKING AND BE WELL INTO ENJOYING OUR WEIGHTLOSS INSTEAD OF BEING STOLEN FROM AND LIED TO. STAY AWAY GO ANYWHERE ELSE THIS IS A 100%SCAM COMPANY AND THEY WILL TAKE AS MUCH MONEY AS THEY CAN BEFORE YOU FIGURE OUT THAT THEY WILL NOT EVER BE PROVIDING YOU WITH ANY MEDICATION. ALL THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAKE. LETS SEE WHAT THEY SAY IN RESPONSE TO THIS REVIEW.

Hello guys stay away from that company .they will charge every 3 months in you account . There products not working . Don’t not buy

This was by far the worst experience ever. They promise to work with insurance and don’t. They promise to communicate with you through the process and don’t. Then after you pay the consultation fee the hit you with a $866 fee without your approval. And good luck with their inept customer disservice department. They stick to the sorry there’s nothing we can do. These people are a horrible company RUN AWAY! There’s a special spot in Hell for suck crooks and liars.
