Hello Marie! We are so sorry to hear that our program is not going to work for you. Your monthly weight loss membership fee is to be able to have access to a Provider and a Weight Loss coach. As well as having us work with the pharmacy and if requested your insurance directly. If your insurance does not cover your prescription then we can prescribe non-GLP medication, which comes free with your membership, or GLP medication that comes at a separate fee. This company is a joke. My credit was used FRAUDULENTLY and no one will help me. Just keep telling me that on the sign up page under terms and conditions I agreed the $49 set up fee or wtvr it is was non refundable. I can't get anyone there to seem to comprehend that I Me Stacy didn't sign up for or agree to anything. I would just like my 49 dollars back. That's it.

DO NOT USE ZEALTHY FOR MEDS. They are the most deceptiveonline site I ever dealt with. Here is how their scam works. They give you a process, (steps to follow) to get pricing, and decide whether to order. Unfortunately the third step is credit card information. Once you give them that information my card was charged, $390 without seeing pricing or autorizing a purchase. Tried to cancel within minutes but they said they could not as the order was already sent to pharmacy. Order was received overnight, (Faster than Amazon). I tried again to cancel, but now of course they wouldn't accept a return on their product. Truly BAD company with an incredibly deceptive website. I have disputed charge with my Credit Card, and contacted the CT AG's office. Stay way from ZEALTHY

I don't like how you miss represent you 3 months medication deals, your force a person to buy 2 months subscription even if they already purchased the 3 month subscription

Our team refunded for the additional 2 months of subscription since you have already upgraded your subscription from August. Please allow 5-7 business days depending on your financial institution's policy for the refund of $216 to appear in your account. Trust me go with someone else there are lots of other different companies that you can get medication through without all the additional cost that they charge for the membership and the cost of medication. They caused me to have a lapse in my prescription for more than two weeks and continue to call me and say the same thing of it pending.
