Great follow up and responsive to questions

Much information was confusing, misleading and some even incorrect. Made the experience frustrating and stressful to the point I was about done until I received a phone number to call. Which the person was delightful and informative and was able to answer my questions appropriately

My wife began registering for services in April but never completed this. One of the first things they ask for to create an account was her debit card. Further along in the process, she found a better place to obtain the same services and attempted to cancel her registration. She never finalized an order and never received any form of service from Zealthy. She thought all was well, but then we discovered later this summer they had been charging us $135/month. We contacted them as soon as this was discovered and they refused to refund the money. Our next stop is the BBB to file a complaint. We specifically dealt with Morgan and her supervisor, Lydia, a retention coordinator. They cited a recent policy change and said sorry not sorry.

It was just a waste of time. I recommend reviewing your insurance guidelines first to see if the medications would be approved. I thought they were actually going to go back and forth with my insurance. But no, as soon as the first denial came back, they just went on to the next med and got the same denial and rinse and repeat. So if your insurance will cover it, then great. Otherwise, you are paying $50-$150 for them just to tell you "oh your insurance doesn't cover it, but you can order the generic through us" and that is either $300 a month, or if you want a 20% off discount you have to order 3 months at one time and prepay for 2 months membership for the site. So the total is like $780.

This link takes you down a rabbit hole of answering health questions that you think will lead to plan. Instead they request credit card information for a “free trial” that you learn at the end will actually be over $600. At that point although you haven’t confirmed anything, nor do you have approved offerings, they’ll have already charged your credit card. They reached out constantly to “finish the process” while telling me they’d get back to me about the possibility of a refund. How? I’ve received no service or product. Deceitful business practices.

Horrible customer service. Impossible to get refills on time even if you request 3 weeks in advance

The medication works if you can get it and if you can get somebody to help you. I started with Zealthy in April. I paid for 3 months of membership. I didn't get my medication until June after much back and forth with the company. I signed up early in July for the next 3 months. My first 3 months of medication ended at the end of August. I made sure that I ordered early in fact I ordered in July. After an email thread from the company apologizing over and over I still don't have my medication it's going on the third week of September. I can never talk to a provider. I can never talk to a pharmacist. I can't do anything over the phone by credit card. When I try to check out for one month of medication it charges me $799 instead of 299. I have brought all of this to the attention of the company and all I keep getting is that your prescriptions at the pharmacy will let you know when it's ready. This has been going on since July. I should have a monthly membership fee refund for May September and October. This is ridiculous. I was already approved for the medication refill at least a month ago. I just keep getting stalled. Update October 4th: I had to cancel my membership because there was absolutely no communication and I was unable to get my medication from them. I was able to work out a refund for the months I paid for and didn't receive medication. I am disappointed because I was doing very well on the Trizepitide from this company, but I only have so much patience.
