My experience with Zealthy has been great. The care team is supportive. My nutrition coach is amazing. I’ve taken zepbound for a month and have lost 13 pounds. I’ve tried keto and exercising and couldn’t lose weight. Since taking zepbound, I have a lot of energy and more confidence.

My wife was interested in the products offered by the company. She created an account then they asked her to pay a $49 fee. It looked like it was going to be a monthly fee for her prescription. THEN it actually went through the process of seeing if she could get the prescription,which she didn't qualify for. But they still charged her the $49 fee. She asked for a refund since she received no service and was told that the fee was a membership fee and was non-refundable. So she essentially paid $50 just to see if she could be prescribed. Which would have been fine if they had made it known that's what was going to happen. Complete scam!!!

Horrible customer service. Was charged $135 after canceling membership and they refuse to give me a refund even though I never received any medication.

Scam! The ad looks as if you will be getting the meds for $150/mo. Then they very subtly force you to subscribe for a "coaching" program that costs $135/mo IN ADDITION, whether you ever use it at all. By the time I got around to logging back in to order my prescription, they had already charged me over $600 for NOTHING. Literally. Not one minute of "coaching". I requested they cancel my membership on at least 4 occasions (which I know they received because they responded). But they continued to charge me an additional $600+, until someone finally told me the hoops I had to jump thru to "officially" unsubscribe. I'm now out well over $1k, and have received nothing in return, with no recourse. Don't fall for it.

Absolute scam company. I ordered a product from them and changed my mind about it I messaged them to cancel it minutes after ordering. They waited 4 days to respond and told me by that point it had already shipped and was too late. 2 months later I I'd give them another try and paid the fee to reactivate my membership. After placing an order for medication I received no tracking information or anything from them upon inquiring they told me they had no record of my order. I had once again paid for nothing. Every time I've messaged their customer service I get unrelated answers that ignore my questions. At this point I don't even want to bother attempting to resolve my problems with them truly the worst business I have ever delt with.

If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. This is a 'fly by night' company who scammed me. They sent me an almost empty bottle of medication and then refused to send me what I paid for. The vile of medication only had about 2 doses worth of medication. The medication was supposed to be 2.5mg and enough for at least 4 doses over the course of a month. They sent about 0.5mg. Instead of taking accountability and providing what I purchased, they asked me to make another purchase. Their customer service representatives are incompetent, rude, and have no power to rectify a situation. Furthermore, they make zero effort to retain customers. Had they simply given me what I paid for, I would have kept my membership for a long time. Since they refused to take accountability by either refunding the money or sending me what I paid for, I had to call the bank to get the charges reversed. The amount of time I spent dealing with these scammers AND the bank was not worth my time in terms of dollars because of the amount of money I make. However, I did it on principal because I don't want to see others going through the same thing.
