I have been using Zealthy for 6 mos. Other than the time it takes for someone to get back to you in addition to sending it to the wrong pharmacy (previous one) a time or two, everything has been good. I am happy w/their services.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I paid for three months, but they only sent two months, asking that I submit again after three weeks. When you do this, they force you to fill out another intake form. You cannot complete the intake form without clicking and agreeing to pay for a month's prescription or a three-month subscription, which they immediately charge your card. I spent months trying to get this resolved. There seems to be a major disconnect between Zealthy and their pharmacy. You cannot even leave a message without paying another month's subscription of $128. This is only a small summary of my experience. I cannot even begin to explain everything that had gone wrong. End of the day they stole a month's subscription from me ($350) and continued wanting more money to resolve. DO NOT USE AT ALL COST. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I signed up in August for 3 month medication and membership. They sent me 1 shipment with all three months at .5 mg for each month. My 2nd month they doubled my dose (great!) so I knew I would be out of medication for week 9-12. I’ve been trying to refill for week 9 and have received nothing. Only getting the runaround for my refill. Now I’m late a day and have heard nothing from the company about when my refill will be shipped. Very disappointing and frustrating.

Zeathly is a TOTAL SCAM!!!! Save your money, and do not subscribe to Zeathly. Based on my experience, they charged me for three months without confirming that I wanted the generic brand. Which I did not!! Despite multiple attempts to contact their customer support, I received no meaningful assistance or resolution. The charges were unauthorized, and there was no transparency regarding the billing process. This behavior raises serious concerns about the company's integrity, leading me to believe they engage in deceptive practices. My efforts to get a refund have been ignored, further solidifying my belief that Zealthy operates fraudulently.

Zealthy came at a perfect time in my life. I had been battling weight for several years. It is NOT something I struggled with all my life- I know that makes me very fortunate. But the last 4 yrs or so. Ugh. I had so much weight in my face and neck that it literally made me short of breath. I had to manage the way I layed down in bed or on the couch to watch TV. This was more troubling than the way I felt about my self. Finally, after hearing the Zealthy commercials for over a year, I gathered the courage to contact them. Now with Semi-Glutide, counseling and exercise I have lost 18 lbs! This put me back to my comfort zone. I feel great, I am no longer short of breath lying down bc of my neck fat. The Zealthy teams CONTINUALLY checks in with you. I very much appreciate that. Once, there was a billing error, - I notified them, and it was rectified the NEXT day. Truly.
