worst company.. bunch of scammers and they take your money. without even you knowing.. they are nir accredited with the BBB.. that should be enough not to do business with them

Great customer service and a wellness coach plus meds. It's a great program, just a little spendy. Got my meds fast and have quick replies to any questions I had at the beginning. I found something cheaper without the extra support, cause I didn't use it. Something like After pay would be great to make this program more affordable.

I MADE A HUGE MISTAKE IN REACHING OUT TO THIS COMPANY FOR HELP WITH MY NEEDE WEIGHT LOSS AND WAS IMMEDIATELY CHARGED HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS WITH NO EXPLANATION OF WHAT I WAS PAYING FOR AND NO ONE EVER PICKS UP THE PHONE OR RESPONDS TO MESSAGES. DO NOT GET SUCKERED IN TO THESE FOLKS AS THEY BASED ON REVIEWS ARE THE WORST IN THIS ONLINE SERVICE. I WILL CONTINUE TO WARN OTHER CONSUMERS EVERYDAY UNTIL THIS MATTER IS RESOLVED AND MY CHARGES ARE FULLY REVERSED. IMAGINE IF THEY CAN'T DEAL WITH A CLIENT IN THE FIRST 24 HOURS WHERE WILL THEY BE AFTER 24 DAYS.

Request my refill i never received it so I contacted a representative and she said the company don't have a provider for the medication .I asked her how long it was going to take. She said she didn't have any information to give I asked to speak to a supervisor she put me on hold and never came back and no one ever came to the phone. Horrible customer service and I still haven't received my medication or a update on the status

Zealthy advertises medication that it cannot provide. They are very misleading and their customer service is seriously lacking. It takes them days to respond.....if you get a response at all. I have asked for a refund of my initial payment as they arent able to offer the medication they advertise.....have not gotten a response from them. Lots of negative reviews on the internet.....go look at BBB where they are 2.5/5. Who would go to a doctor with that kind of score!
