Overpriced, just go through your provider
Signed up with the expectation that the monthly fee I was paying would include the meds and when I saw the option for insurance coverage, I went for it. Took them forever and lots of runaround for them to tell me I have "no prescription coverage" what? I have state workers insurance coverage, this is not correct. Just go through your doctor, you'll have less of a hassle. $135 per month doesn't get you anything. If you get your meds out of pocket, you will be paying close to $300 monthly.

Hey Valerie! We are so sorry to hear about the confusion with how our program worked and with your PA. You do pay a monthly weight loss membership fee to be able to have access to a Provider, and Weight Loss coach. As well as having us work with the pharmacy and if requested your insurance directly. If your insurance does not cover your prescription then we can prescribe non-GLP medication, which comes free with your membership or GLP medication that comes at a separate fee. If you would like additional help with your PA we are here to help! Please email [email protected] with the subject line Trustpilot and the email address on your account. We would love to help you further. Thank you!
