Hello Carol! We are so sorry to hear you have been charged for our services when you are not using them, going forward. You do pay a monthly weight loss membership fee to be able to have access to a Provider, and Weight Loss coach. As well as having us work with the pharmacy and if requested your insurance directly. If your insurance does not cover your prescription then we can prescribe non-GLP medication, which comes free with your membership or GLP medication that comes at a separate fee. Hey Melissa! We are so sorry to hear that you are not getting the response you need. We have reviewed your account and do see it is canceled fully, so your Provider is unable to provide you with a response. Because this question does have to do with dosage, we are not able to help you, as your Zealthy Provider is the expert on your chart and why you were prescribed the order you received. We have given you a free week of weight loss membership and have reached out to a Zealthy provider requesting they review your chart and account. They are going to message you within your Zealthy account within the next 1- 2 business days, at most.
