Hey Larry! We are so sorry to hear that there was confusion on how the Zealthy Weight Loss program works. You do pay a monthly weight loss membership fee to be able to have access to a Provider, and Weight Loss coach. As well as having us work with the pharmacy and if requested your insurance directly. If your insurance does not cover your prescription then we can prescribe non-GLP medication, which comes free with your membership or GLP medication that comes at a separate fee. We understand the program is not for you. We have made sure your weight loss membership is canceled out and refunded back the $49. You will see the $49 back on your card within the next 5- 7 business days, at most. We see our pharmacy escalation team reached out and we are doing everything we can to get your order sent out with our new pharmacy as quickly as possible. Due to the delay, we have processed a refund of 15% of your order, which amounts to $43.35. You should see this refund reflected on your card within the next 5 to 7 business days at most.
