Hey Rebecca! I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that you have experienced. I have looked over your concern and noticed you are charged for your quarterly check-in. We have escalated this matter to its designated team so they can look into the charges that were charged to you recently. Please allow 1-2 business days for them to look into it thoroughly. In addition, I have refunded $216 from your charge last November since you chose not to move forward within the remaining months. Please allow 5-7 business days depending on your bank's policy for the refund to appear in your account.
