The experience has been great! Helpful tips and quick responses. I have also taken the tips and expanded on my own to get the best results. This program does work great if you put in the work to make it work to exercise and eat healthier. The program gets cheaper as you lose weight, and less medication is needed, which is encouraging if cost is an issue. Getting more fit, to a healthier weight, and just the overall body image has made the cost worth every cent.
