It seemed great at first. Responsive emails, text messages and messages in the Zealthy app. To get any information, you MUST pay the first month. I was curious to see what their pricing was because I was currently using another company and I wanted to compare. So, I registered for the first month in hopes to get information and they receive the prescription to see if it was legit. Well, after weeks of back and forth emails, messages and texts, I finally got a message that in order to process any GLP-1 medication, a 3 month membership is required. This was NOT told to me. We are now about 3 weeks in and still no prescription. Needless to say, I was very frustrated and I didn’t want to pay for 3 months of medicine and membership until I knew IF and WHAT I was receiving. I requested a refund multiple times with no response. (Funny how they were so responsive before I paid). I finally got a message back advising that they don’t do refunds. So, I explained why, and that 3 months was never discussed. Needless to say, I immediately tried to remove my payment information, but the app doesn’t allow you to. I cancelled, but I’m not confident that another months membership won’t be deducted. We will see. Very disappointed. Be warned, it seems great, but when it sounds too good to be true, it usually turns out to be questionable. I’m glad it works for some, it just didn’t for me.

Hey AJ! I am truly sorry to hear that our program is not going to work for you. You do pay a monthly weight loss membership fee to be able to have access to a Provider, and Weight Loss coach. As well as having us work with the pharmacy and if requested your insurance directly. If your insurance does not cover your prescription then we can prescribe non-GLP medication, which comes free with your membership or GLP medication that comes at a separate fee. You are correct, we do offer 3 months of medication but can also offer 1 month for patients who want to pay month to month vs getting 3 months at once. If you would like to go this route, you can reach out to your Zealthy Provider and they can make this happen. I would be more than happy to ensure that your account is canceled out so there are no future charges, as well as help remove the card on file.
