Hello Suzanne! I understand your concern with this order. We are sorry to hear that your medication arrived warm. Once the medication ships, the semaglutide/cyanocobalamin injection is stable at temperatures up to 140F for the first 3 days and 104F for 5 additional days. The medication is still stable and can be used as directed. We ask that you inspect the vial for any sediments prior to use. I am so sorry about this unexpected charge. I have ensured that your membership with us is canceled out so you will not be charged again. I also refunded the two recent fees of $135 and you will see them back on your card within the next 5-7 business days at most.
