Multiple communication when start but then poor communication. Took payment fast sent product slow. Last product they sent to different address and it took weeks to get issue resolved. I cancelled order and requested 3 payments they took but i received zero product. And they said I received refund for 3 payments but my account never showed it. Plus I lost only a few pounds.

They were terrible. Late prescription deliveries, weeks lapsed in between treatments, and over charged twice. I reached out to customer service and they didn't seem to care that 3 weeks had lapsed in between doses. Then I was overcharged. The operation was clunky and different people were replying with different answers. And with nearly a month in between medication, they still saw it fit to charge me the "non refundable membership fee" just to access the medication. Just not good. Go find a spot that sells GLP-1 for much less and avoid this one.

I was suckered and scammed. I didn't order anything. Klarna wouldn't work, so i backed out without checking out. I chatted with the auto-bot to explained I can not afford it and please cancel the membership. That was a week ago. Today they stile $670 from my checking account. No one spoke to me about my health or which medicine, or anything. I called customer service and explained that I'm on disability and need my money for gas and groceries. They said they would refund, but could take 7 days! And....I'm still getting 5-6 texts a day telling me to set up my Consult phone call! I'm in a world of hurt right now and more than a little pissed.

Zero stars. If you are a bit heavy do not go to them...unless you want to be charged monthly for no service and then body shamed.
