Very flexible options, and easy to use website. Commonly offers discounts and other perks. Cost is about medium but they are usually on top of my prescription.

Need to be upfront with costs. Each both price went up and up. Coach they set me up with was very pushy and seemed only to care about getting payment from me

I had several issues with Zealthy but was willing to overlook as I did enjoy the convenience of their service and teledoc system. This last incident was a complete failure on their part and caused me to cancel my membership with them.They shorted me on my medication significantly. By the time (5 weeks) I recognized this and reported it, they claimed they could not help me because too much time had passed. The medication was delivered 2weeks late by an unknown pharmacy which they claimed was due to hurricanes in Florida. I paid for 5ml semiglutide but only received 2ml. Do your own research. There are some really great options out there.

If you pay in cash, response is quick and easy but if you want to go through insurance, you get constant run around to the point you are out of meds for weeks and the prior authorization is never done. Really poor communication and when they do, it’s a different person who doesn’t know anything about what’s going on. Instead, it feels like an automated response. And the “coaching” is ridiculous and expensive for nothing. Go somewhere else!

Nothing good about Zealthy Didn't have a good experience. Mostly to do with the doctors and the time it takes to get a resposne.

Incorrect dosages were listed on prescription boxes; Incorrect dosing written on the directions, links for refills were inaccurate for dosing (only offered one option and that option was the incorrect dosage); Links would circle around to the beginning repeatedly for check-ins; When asking a question or for clarification, multiple people attempt to answer, but because they were not part of the original conversation, you end up explaining multiple times to multiple people what the issue or question is; "A provider will get back with you" doesn't happen... 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND!
