This is a 3 month minimum membership paid in advance. They start you with the smallest dose, 5 units where most start at 10 units. So they can bill you for three more months at the average dose. You will not get a refund even if you cancel prior to your 1st order. I cancelled 5 days after seeing how much they took out. (2 additional months of consultation and coaching for $139 each) when they said it was only $39 for membership. Very unethical billing process. Be careful as they do not itemize the fees.

Hey Deena! I am truly sorry to hear that you are not having the best experience using our program and there was confusion on how the program works. You do pay a monthly weight loss membership fee to be able to have access to a Provider, and Weight Loss coach. As well as having us work with the pharmacy and if requested your insurance directly. If your insurance does not cover your prescription then we can prescribe non-GLP medication, which comes free with your membership or GLP medication that comes at a separate fee. So pleased with Zealthy. Now that I don't have the constant cravings and food noise I have been able to make conscious healthy food chooses and have been exercising regularly ( daily). I just started taking wegovey or the generic version I feel great now , I have little or no appetite. But when I first started my first dosage I got really sick but I had what I thought was over with the fur but I got really sick headache and vomiting for three days I went to the dr. They said that I had the flu and now have bronchitis with wheezing and I have a antibiotic and steroid and inhaler, I'm almost done with taking all of that. I asked the Dr she need more information from me as to when I got sick when I took my first dose what my symptoms were? So I'm still waiting for her response. My bowl movements are white and clear though no smell I don't know if it's all the medicine they put me on for being sick or if it was wegovey.today is my second dosage week and idk what to do right now do I dose ? But I feel amazing right now . I had also stopped taking a medication called rexulti and had lost 11 pounds!

Wish i could give zero stars to this scam. They steal money, refuse to communicate with anyone and provide no services for the money that was taken. I have photo proof that i didnt consent to their md and asked for a refund so theyve intentionally ignored me for months until today theres now a deadline thats been reached. This should be illegal Do not work with them!

Typically, after a provider reviews, and reaches out the first month's membership fee is not refundable. However, because of the trouble you have had, I am going to make an exception and refund this fee back. You are going to see your $49 refund right back on the same card charged within the next 5-7 business days at the very most. If there is anything else I can do to help, please let me know.
