Number 1 there isn’t any support. I got a lot of response before I was determined to have a risk factor my heart so I received a email that told me they were referring me to their coordinator to have me discharged and my initial payment returned. So I waited and waited then there is a charge on my account for $135. This caused a NSF on my account since I had no idea it was coming. I am beyond upset and tried to reach support, crickets! I have proof of the discharge email but nothing has been done. Next I will put a review on BBB. So others know to beware

My provider is always prompt with responses and very informative on why/when to check in as well as with dosage instructions. The health coaches are also very dedicated and personalized.

Horrible communication. The dosage instruction on the meds I recieved did not match the dosage I was given by Zealthy medical provider. They also didn’t remember what my last dosage was that they provided me.

I have noticed that our designated team reached out to you and observed that you were incorrectly prescribed a new set of 3 months' supply instead of updating your intake instructions. Also, I can see that your account is already scheduled for cancellation. We can relay your request regarding your updated instructions for your second month, however, we require an active membership for this kind of request.

I signed up for the $39 membership on January 29, and they took the money out of my account. On January 31 I received a message that a prescription was sent to my local pharmacy which I checked and it had not been. While deciding If I was going to use the Klarna monthly payment or just pay I was hit with $670 to my account. And if it wasn't for my bank flagging it they tried to take the $670 out twice. I finally contacted someone on Feb 4 and was told that they did receive my money and there was an error in billing that tried to take it out twice and that the second invoice was voided. I kept getting messages that they didn't receive my payment after I was assured that it was taken car of and that the prescription was sent to the pharmacy and it would take 1-2 days. I should be receiving a tracking number soon. Monday February 10, still not tracking number I call again. This time I am told there was some technical difficulty, they have my money and that they were escalating this with the pharmacy and I should get an email with tracking number soon. I told them if they are not sending the prescription then I want a full refund as the money was initially taken without consent. Well now it is Friday and I have heard nothing. At this point I am extremely upset and would just like my money refunded.
