App Crashing. Impposible Customer Service
It seems like the website and app do have some useful information but you can find most of it yourself for free online. The app nor the website don't work and customer service is INCREDIBLY difficult to contact. I didn't even buy the medication because my app crashed continuously and if their tech doesn't work why would the medication?. My advice is diet and exercise, don't pay for something like this just consult your doctor directly.
