Absolutely worst service ever. Charged me twice and still no reply back from the doctor or the prescription. I asked for my money back and instead just got another charge on my card. Extremely upset and not one person has contacted me in regards to this.

I would give this company negative stars if it was an option. Worst customer service! First, I was double charged. After I complained a lot, I was finally reimbursed for the duplicate charge. Then, when requested my refill they stated I had received a full 60mg vial for my 3 month supply. When proving I had only received my initial 20mg vial, they stated I had "received a refund for my unused medication" which is 100% not accurate. Do not waste your money or time, this is a complete scam only trying to make money off of you.

I kept getting automated messages that didn’t make sense. I tried to get a hold of somebody three different times to let them know I had extreme nausea. I ended up in the ER twice due to a side effect from the medication. This needs to be closely monitored by a doctor and Stricter rules on administering medication like this.

I ordered a 3 month supply of semglutide, only received 1 month supply notified them right away, sent them everything they asked for. And now they don’t respond at all. That was 2/6/25.
