I see you have disputed the $135 fee. You will need to remove the dispute in order for us to refund the fee. Hey Lois! I am so sorry there was confusion on how our weight loss program works. You do pay a monthly weight loss membership fee to be able to have access to a Provider and Weight Loss coach. As well as having us work with the pharmacy and if requested, your insurance directly. If your insurance does not cover your prescription, then we can prescribe non-GLP medication, which comes free with your membership or GLP medication, which comes at a separate fee. I do see you have canceled your weight loss membership, and because you are not moving forward, I can absolutely get you a refund. Please expect to see $39 back on your card within the next 5- 7 business days at most. If there is anything else I can do to help, please feel free to reach out.

We are currently having a small bag log and doing our best to get caught up as soon as possible. We recently had a huge influx of new patients and have been working hard on growing our team to help provide our patients with a much quicker response time.
