Do not use this company unless you want to be ripped off! I was charged $200 twice for them to say that they never received either payments, 3 weeks ago they finally told me they were going to refund my payments, yet they still haven't. Everyday I still have two transactions trying to be charged against my card, one for $199 and the other one for $135. On top of them trying to charge my card multiple times a day I receive multiple emails phone calls and text messages telling me to update my payment card with them so they can process my payment. It's impossible to actually talk to anybody there. Go with ro or one of the other companies that will leave you much more satisfied. I now have to dispute these charges because I can't afford to be out my $400 for a product I did not receive.

Do not use, I was charged 900 for 3 months of Tirzepatide and was only sent one month, even though I sent them pictures of what I received all they continued saying was that I did receive a vail, in the instructions on how to injet the Tirzepatide it states that it is recommended to discard the vial 28 days after puncture, makes no sense customer service is horrible.

I think their customer service/billing system is just very flawed. And in the midst of issues, you continue to receive Robo responses that have no relevance to your issue. My initial sign-up went fine. The first month renewal had some billing and fulfillment issues. This month, I was billed twice And received one month. Still trying to resolve this, but the last message I sent was a week ago and I have yet to receive a response. Actually, I sent a bunch more today. We’ll see if it causes any action. The people seem nice, the system is just seemed totally out of whack.

Freaking scammers. They billed us 135.00, and refused to answer any calls. No meds. no help. had to close bank account to block these thieves.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This is nothing but a scam. They charged my card without my authorization for $859. Never shipped my medication. Was told I needed to pay an extra $216 in order to receive my medication. Terrible communication and no one wants to really help. Fortunately I had a coach the told me to contact my bank and report fraud. So I did. I’m great for for the coach I had that was honest and told me this company just takes money from people and give nothing back. I wish I could show the screenshot so people really know what this company is all about. AGAIN SCAM!
