They charged me a membership fee of $39.00 twice , as soon as I realized this is a membership place I emailed to cancel and asked for a refund. Memberships are only to make the extra money off people. They do not want to refund you even though you immediately tell them, I never received any medication or even talked to a dr or NP . Rip off company

The company does not disclose that the monthly cost does not include any medications until your billing information has been given. I canceled 10 min after I found out the true cost but they continue to charge me for membership. Contact has been very difficult and my problem is still unresolved. Keep looking

I’ve had a fairly good experience with This provider. It would be nice if you could just get final answers with payments and assistance. They do do a fair job in those departments, but it needs improvement.
