It is impossible to get a real answer. The text messages and app are not synced, so the messaging is very confusing. I had a communication with a provider and was advised that she would be increasing my dose to 12.5mg and sending within 7 days. I was charged for a higher dose but instead received a single vial with dosing of 5mg instead of 12.5mg. I have not been able to get any kind of response except that I received my shipment on Friday. I did receive a shipment but for about 1/3 of what I paid for. I feel like the texts on the app are actually AI. I am very frustrated.
