Hey Sebastian! I am so sorry to hear that you have not had the best experience using our services. I understand how frustrating situations like yours can be, and again, I am sorry you are having this issue. Because the order has shipped and the order has been disputed, I am not able to refund the charge for the order. I, however ever refunded you back the $39 due to all the trouble you have had. You are going to see that refund back on your card within the next 5- 7 business days at most. Hello Nancy! I am so sorry to hear that there was confusion about how our Weight Loss program works. You do pay a monthly weight loss membership fee to be able to have access to a Provider, and Weight Loss coach. As well as having us work with the pharmacy and, if requested, your insurance directly. If your insurance does not cover your prescription, then we can prescribe non-GLP medication, which comes free with your membership, or GLP medication, which comes at a separate fee. I have made sure your membership is canceled out, so there are no future charges. I also refunded the $39 First Month Weight Loss membership fee. Please expect to see $39 back on your card within the next 5-7 business days at most. If there is anything else I can do to help please feel free to reach out. Have a great day!

Hey Doreen! We can absolutely run your insurance if this is the route you would like to go. Upload your insurance card using the URL below. Once uploaded, please message us, call us, or email us, and our team can have our Prior Authorization team work 1x1 with your insurance.
