Hey Chelsea! I am truly sorry to hear that we were not able to cancel an order that you were no longer wanting. I do see that our team did request the cancellation of the order. However, the order had already been filled by our partnering pharmacy, and they denied our request for cancellation. Since the order was received, I am not able to refund you for the medication, as it is usable. I have, however, refunded the 2 months of weight loss membership that you prepaid for. Please expect to see $216 back on your card within the next 5- 7 business days at most. Hello Aliyah! I am truly sorry to hear about these unexpected charges, and truly saddened to hear that you did not have the experience I would hope you were having while using our services. I first want to assure you that a Zealthy Provider did review your intakes and the information you provided. Your Provider, Janet, also messaged you in the messaging section of your Zealthy account with details of your order. I understand wanting to receive a refund since you are not moving forward with the program. Typically, after the provider reaches out, we can not provide a refund, but I am happy to make an exception. I have emailed you details on what I have done to help resolve this issue.
