Hello Yazmin! I am truly saddened to hear that we could not help you on your weight loss journey. Reviewing your account, the reason for the recent charge is due to you still have an active weight loss membership with us. I have canceled this membership, so you are not charged again in the future. I also see that our team refunded the one charge of $135 as of 2025-05-05. The refund can take 5-7 business days to post back to your card, depending on your bank.
