Well started off ok but didn’t get enough medication to cover the three month supply I paid for but figured maybe I was taking to much so signed up for another three month supply. This vial didn’t work at all and was given a very minimal amount. Unless they make it right, remains to be seen.

Hello there! That certainly sounds unusual. Orders are placed directly with our partner pharmacies based on your prescription. I’d be happy to look into this for you and have our team review what was sent to ensure you received everything you paid for. Please email [email protected] with the subject line "TrustPilot-Lydia" or call us at (877)870-0323. Any of our Zealthy Coordinators would be glad to assist you!

Great Easy to work with
Ria
They spent over a week "processing" my refill and then sent multiple messages approving my payment through klarna went through. A week goes by and im due for my injection and they STILL haven't shipped. I reach out and ask why they say I haven't paid. I sent screenshots on screenshots showing I had. They dont care about anything but double charging and refuse to cancel and refund. Department of labor is investigating them as well for fraud. DO NOT USE THEM
