First off I never write negative reviews and often write positive ones. I even held out for over a month trying to give this company an opportunity to make it right. That being said this company has earned this negative reviews. I had researched the most competitively priced GLP -1. This company seemed to fit the bill so I put my information in gave them $680. And I never received the medicine. Never. I tried calling and wasn’t able to get through. I finally got through after 3 weeks and was told I could receive a reimbursement and close my account. They did not close my account and they charged me another month worth of membership charges (135). I talked to people several times on the phone when I was able to get a hold of them and left them daily messages in the app. They finally reimbursed me for the medicine but on that same day they charged me a monthly membership fee, even though I have been trying to cancel it. This happened on the same day, so I called them the same day and have consecutively called them every couple of days and they say that they are going to refer my case to a special department who will reimburse me. I’ve had this conversation about four times now. On the app, I am told that I am not eligible for reimbursement. However, I’ve been trying to cancel my account three weeks into my relationship with this company due to not receiving any medication. They are going to keep my money and likely not reimburse me. I feel very scammed. This is a shady company, and I caution anyone wanting to do business with them.

Wonderful experience

I have an active membership that I have scheduled to end in a week. but they have cutoff my ability to order a refill without re-activating my active membership for $135. coupled with the " we will get insurance to pay for it" when that was not even possible, I am done with these jokers

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. They charged me for three months supply, only sent one and then tried to charge me again. Every agent I spoke to there told me something different. They couldn't even look up what my "prescription" was. You WILL be overcharged and scammed if you use this company.

They took money from my account 135.00 on 5/7. Never got a prior auth nor my script and refuse to refund my money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! GO TO IVIM. THEY ARE WAY BETTER AND CHEAPER!

This company is a fraud, they guarantee that if you buy three months of weight loss medication two months of membership is included with 20% discount up front. Two weeks into my injections they took 190.00 out of my account. I then tried reaching a human to discuss, but was only defaulted to leave a voice mail and no one returns your calls. They are fraud. I highly recommend you find a different company that stands by there words. Customer service is beyond horrible. If you had a medical, billing or any other questions your out of luck.STAY AWAY!!

Horrible experience. When signing up for program with my phone the system glitched and I was unable to review and approve all pages. I was charged $670 dollars but do not know why. Unable to get a hold of a human on the phone to get answers. I emailed Zealthy and the health coach assigned and received nothing but the run around. No one would cancel the membership and the online tool canceled the membership 90 days later. I wanted it canceled now. The doctor reviewed my online responses and placed an for the prescription. No phone call. Even though I spent 2 days trying to get a hold Zealthy to stop the prescription form shipping, it still shipped. If I cannot talkt o a person on the phone to straighten out the issues, I do not want a membership and I do not trust receiving a prescription if the provide never talked to me.
