Hey Taylore! We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that you have experienced with our services. Please know that I have refunded you $135 for your membership renewal fee. Kindly allow 5-7 business days, depending on your bank's policy, for the refund to appear in your account. In addition, your account with us is already scheduled for cancellation, which will automatically expire or end on June 27, 2025. Rest assured, there won't be any other future charges.
