Terrible Experience – Never Sent Medication, Ignored Refund Requests I had an awful experience with Zealthy. I placed an order and never received the medication. After waiting far past the estimated delivery window, I reached out multiple times asking for an update or a refund was told they were backlogged with orders but they would escalate – after many attempts I was completely ignored. No replies to emails, no customer service follow-up, nothing. This went on for over 2 months. Eventually, I had no choice but to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. What should have been a simple, professional transaction turned into a stressful waste of time. Definitely not worth the headache. I wouldn’t recommend Zealthy to anyone.

I had an amazing experience with Zealthy from start to finish. The entire process was easy, informative, and incredibly streamlined—exactly what you want when dealing with health-related services. Their team made everything feel simple and approachable, and the communication was excellent throughout. I always felt in the loop and well-supported. WORST!! Charging me monthly for something they rejected! I was told due to my age that I was not eligible. Kept sending me multiple emails asking me about how my care was going!! My email responses indicated that I was not on their program....kept receiving the messages! Mindless. Have been charged monthly for services I am not receiving!!

Hello Anne! I am truly sorry to hear that you have been charged for our services when we are unable to assist you. I understand wanting a refund and I am here to help. I have refunded all fees and canceled out your weight loss membership so you will not be charged again. I have emailed you the refund details. If there is anything else I can do to assist. Please feel free to reply to my email. Thank you!

I recently signed up for a quarterly membership believing it cost $399 for three months of medication and membership. Unbeknownst to me the initial $399 dropped off and I was charged a $39 membership fee and $199 for one month of medication. I made an inquiry with customer service and was responded to 2 hours later with a pricing chart and no explanation as to my what happened to my quarterly membership and the other 2 months is signed up for?

Please feel free to email [email protected] with the Subject Line "TrustPilot-Lydia" and I will be there to assist you. Thank you!

I’m giving it 1 star because they did deliver the medication. However, the “membership” is overpriced and adds zero value. The “team” never responds to messages. The weight loss “program” is supposed to include a coach to help with healthy eating and exercise options, but never replied to any of my messages. I asked to be reassigned and that hasn’t happened either. I pre-paid for 3 months which was a HUGE mistake. Find another provider.
