Absolutely horrible, wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Zealthy seems 100% like a scam. The first 6 months I had somehow I got signed up for a second treatment plan, and billed for it which I never requested. After arguing for a month I finally received a refund. I gave them another shot and signed up for a 6 month membership and medication, 2 weeks later I was billed a second charge for $1200. The care team and Zealthy went back and forth with me for 3 months and all they would refund me was for the “membership” and they claimed the medication was already shipped which it was not, after I realized they weren’t going to refund me for a fraudulent charge I then started requesting a letter of medical necessity to submit to my fsa seeing that my card had gotten locked because of the charge. It’s been 3 months of me asking every day now and I still haven’t received anything from them. After 2 or 3 days they respond saying “Your provider will reach out within 1-2 business days, they are running behind currently.” And the provider never does. I have been scammed and they have stolen $1200 with absolutely zero help and zero ability to get my money back or my card unlocked. STAY AWAY

Horrible company. I originally put thier promotional down payment of $39 on my card, then gave it a second thought and sent an email canceling. I thought I was done. But no refund was sent and I received a charge of $135. I responded by contacting customer support where I was left no choice but to leave message after message. No reply was given. I received a third charge the following month of $135. I have never spoken to a doctor or NP, nor have I received any prescriptions. I have left three messages as they are never available to address customer calls it seems. I’ll have no choice but to contact my bank and cancel my card. Zealthy, if you can read this, I’m definitely coming for you. What a deplorable business.

Great quality product! The only thing that would make Zealthy better is if they didn’t have a monthly membership fee.

They supposedly are there to give you support and answer questions, I have asked several questions and it seems I get an AI generated blanket answer that doesn’t answer the questions. The only regular communication I get from them is to update my billing info, I get this because I locked the card I put it on and won’t unlock it until I get answers. It’s been months asking and months with no real answers

First, I think it’s disingenuous to charge someone’s card before you even finish filling out the form. I was half way through when I changed my mind. I NEVER finished setting up an account. I was bombarded with text messages. I repeatedly said I do not want this. My $39 was refunded a few days later. Today my card was charged for a monthly membership of $135. I immediately contacted my CC company to dispute. “Have you contacted the company?” I did so. I had no account information what-so-ever, but they told me I had an active account and I needed to login to cancel/manage my membership. Why does anyone need a membership to buy medication. ? I’m not finished with them yet!
