At first it was great. However I have been trying for 5 weeks to get my refill and still nothing. In addition, the message feature in the app has not been working so I haven’t even been able to contact them. Before the messages weren’t working, I got a message on June 9th, 5 weeks ago, that they were working on my refill. Since then, nothing, and no refill. Losing weight is hard enough but when the company who is supposed to be helping you fails to do so, it’s even harder.

The intake experience was professional. I received my meds in a timely manner. The support system is 24/7. All questions are answered timely. I've been on Semaglutide for a month. I started on the lowest dose. Around week 3 my appetite decreased. I'm fairly new, but no side effects. It does take work and determination to change for a healthier lifestyle.

Zealthy has friendly staff and they have answered all my questions. The coaches seem eager to make sure Im doing well and they have online tools to help.
