My experience with this company has been a nightmare. I signed up for membership and cancelled it 15 minutes later and without speaking to a team member or doctor was charged for and sent a prescription for medication. I sent the medication back and have been fighting for months to recover my money. I have decided to formally sue after communicating with Zealthy’s legal team and getting no where. Even the legal team states in an email that they are unsure of how I received the medication without establishing a doctor/patient relationship but still will not refund my money or respond to my request for arbitration. At least communication with the legal team and admitting there is fault in their system will bolster my claim. I will also be reporting the doctor that wrote the prescription to the Ohio medical board in hopes that it will get their attention. All this nonsense for $700. I will not stop until I receive my money back.

This is the most unprofessional, shady company I have encountered. They charge you for no reason. Even though they said that you could try them for free, you get hit with a $39 charge. I canceled my membership, but I still get charged a $135 fee, and there's no way to communicate with them; email feels like an automated system. Be careful with this company. It is the worst I have encountered. If I could give them minus 10 stars, I would.
