Hello Hannah! Thank you so much for reaching out to us. I am so sorry to hear that your order was so delayed. Sadly, we did have an issue with one of our partnering pharmacies being backlogged. We did everything we could on our end to get our patients their orders. To solve the issue, we have now partnered with another pharmacy to ensure orders go out and arrive in a timely manner.
